The North & South Podcast: Week 6 Bucs-Packers Instant Reactions

WOOOOO! Now that’s how you play football in the NFL.

What a difference 10 days makes. The Bucs looked like a team that couldn’t get out of its own way in Week 5 against the Bears, but were world-beaters this week against the Packers. Everyone knows what this team is capable of, but we had yet to see it on display for a full four quarters.

Well, that finally happened Sunday against Green Bay. The Packers managed to get off to a fast start, scoring 10 points in the first quarter, but the Buccaneer defense settled down and began to make plays immediately after. It all started with Jamel Dean’s pick-six. After that, it was all Tampa Bay.

Join me as I give out some quick thoughts/instant reactions on the Bucs’ big win and where they go from here. It’s pretty obvious though: If the Bucs can quit it with the mistakes, then they are certainly destined for the playoffs.
