Been a long while since I posted here. The new season is about to begin and this season is likely to be even more of a great ride than last year, so buckle up Bucs fans.
Like Brady, last year I was new to being a Bucs fan, one of my initial posts on the Bucs Nation board here was:
And all the things I was telling you back then about Brady proved themselves out.
So I am happy to tell you, so long as they can remain healthy, you can expect even better performances out of Brady as well as the whole Bucs team in 2021.
Now I have to admit, I was a little worried about the Cowboys, first game of the season is always tricky, teams are finding what works... some teams pull out all the stops on game one, spend a month game planning for their first opponent, and play their best game of the year Week 1.
Cowboys could certainly fall into that category, this might be the best prepared, best coached, with a healthy roster game the Cowboys have all year.
Thankfully, at least one of their players did a little talking. Mentioned that Brady was an old immobile player, that getting Brady off his spot dropped him down into the sub-par QB levels, essentially saying the old man couldn't hang when under pressure.
Not only will that motivate Brady, it will motivate his O-line to protect him and keep the D-line off him.
A motivated Brady and O-line goes a long way to making me feel better about the outcome of this game.
I can't speak for how well prepared the Cowboys are for this game, but the Bucs are ready and raring to go, I could tell by their practices and last pre-season game. Cowboys will have to play their best game of the year to beat them... but its the first game of the season, making it a legitimate concern that they do exactly that.
