Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht and head coach Bruce Arians put together a super bowl winner in just two seasons. Now, they’ll have a chance to continue that for years to come with new contracts.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Tampa Bay has rewarded both Licht and Arians with new deals.

Terms of the deals are not known, but it’s safe to say that both will be getting nice chunks of change.

Arians, 68, has coached the Bucs for two seasons. Tampa Bay finished 7-9 in his first season as Buccaneers head coach in 2019. Last season, the Bucs finished 11-5 in the regular season before winning out in the playoffs on their way to their second Super Bowl championship in franchise history.

Licht, 50, has been Tampa Bay’s general manager since 2014. Licht has done a great job building a roster that ultimately resulted in a championship, with key signings last season to help get them there like veteran quarterback Tom Brady, tight end Rob Gronkowski, and running back Leonard Fournette among others.
