‘Bro, look at our team. Literally, we have one of the best teams of all time.’

"You can feel it," Howard said during an appearance on "The Pat McAfee Show" on Tuesday about the difference that Brady made for the Buccaneers. "It wasn’t just me, it was guys there years before me. I played three years before Tom came, so I knew the culture, and as soon as he walked in the building, it felt like – I told people, I was just like, ‘Bro, this feels like Alabama to me.’

"Like we’re coming in with the mindset, we’re focused, guys are ready to win. We’re going on the field, don’t worry about probably going to win, we’re confident we got the talent. Tom just brings a level of confidence to everybody the way he carries himself, and then, most importantly, you know you got this guy on your side. We know what he do late in the games. You know what he’s known for, so everybody’s confidence went up to here.

"You don’t want to mess up. You want to always get the ball, so you’re going to do what he asks. ‘Come flat on the route.’ He don’t need to tell me something five times for me to know it. He says it once, I’m going to remember it. So everybody took that mindset and we bought in to it, and it ultimately got us a Super Bowl and we’re trying to go get No. 2."

In four seasons at Alabama, tight end O.J. Howard played on teams that compiled a 51-6 record and won three SEC championships and one CFP national title. That's why to him Bucs looks like Alabama and we agree.

‘Bro, look at our team. Literally, we have one of the best teams of all time.’ Howard said.
