The Buccaneers are able breathe a sigh of relief as the MRI on wide receiver Mike Evans reportedly showed no structural damage to ligaments in his left knee after he hyperextended it during Sunday’s 44-27 win over the Atlanta Falcons.

Tampa Bay is set to play next Saturday against either the New York Giants or the Washington football team — if Washington beats the Philadelphia Eagles tonight.
With just a six day turnaround between games, that status for Evans is currently uncertain for Wild Card weekend and while they may be hopeful, we’ll know more as the week progresses and the team provides updates.
