The Buccaneers were missing a key component to their pass rush from practice on Thursday as outside linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul went from “limited” to “did not participate” due to a knee injury.
Now, JPP typically sits a day of practice each week anyway, so you could make the argument that this was just his weekly maintenance day, but it is slightly concerning considering he was limited on Wednesday.
Wide receiver Justin Watson was once again listed as “did not participate” with the shoulder injury he suffered in Sunday’s win against the Panthers and is currently trending towards not playing. Meanwhile, Scotty Miller was still limited with a hip/groin issue.
On the Broncos side, not much has change. Bradley Chubb did not participate on Thursday but it was not injury related so nothing of note there. Defensive end Jurrell Casey was upgraded from limited to a full participant but the Broncos were still without cornerback Davontae Harris, running back Phillip Lindsay, and quarterback Drew Lock.
