What a difference a week makes.
The Buccaneers have forced Carolina turnovers and scored 14 points off of them. Quarterback Tom Brady has orchestrated several drives resulting in touchdowns, including finding Mike Evans on a back shoulder throw for his second receiving touchdown on the season. But touchdowns on the ground by Ronald Jones II and Leonard Fournette have put the Bucs comfortably ahead at the half 21-0.
Defensively, the Bucs have three sacks to go along with the two turnovers forced. They have smothered the Carolina offense to allow only 109 yards total so far.
We’ll see if the Buccaneers continue to add to their lead and continue to limit Carolina’s chances in the final 30 minutes of the game.
