Many feared Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans would be a scratch for Week 1’s game against the Saints after he appeared on Wednesday’s injury report with a hamstring injury.
Head coach Bruce Arians addressed the injury by saying Evans’ status for Sunday at New Orleans would be a game time decision. However, reports from the Advent Health Training Center showed the 27-year-old back at practice Friday.

No official word has be made yet. But as Auman points out above, it is most certainly a good sign and a step in the right direction for the Bucs and for Evans playing Week 1.
