These are certainly exciting times for the Buccaneers as workouts and training camp practices get underway. Exciting specifically because they have been able to finally have quarterback Tom Brady workout with his new team for several days now.
Peter King of NBC Sports has begun his tour of of NFL training camps and made it to Tampa Bay where he got to see Brady and the Bucs offense put in some work.
“One of the things about late last season is that Tom Brady’s arm was not great,” King says in the video below. “In this practice, after an offseason of really working to strengthen his arm, he looked very, very good. He threw very hard, he threw fastballs to Rob Gronkowski and his tight ends. I thought he looked really good and crisp throwing the ball.”
King goes on to say that the main thing he noticed is how Brady is constantly moving around with the ball, which appears to be the philosophy head coach Bruce Arians is not shying away from implementing despite having a 43-year-old quarterback that has not been known for his mobility.
