The Buccaneers have added veteran running back LeSean McCoy to the roster, agreeing to a one year deal according to Adam Schefter;
Veteran RB LeSean McCoy reached agreement on a one-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, per @rosenhaussports. “He’s very excited to play with established vets like Brady and Gronk in trying to win another championship,” Rosenhaus said.

Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the deal is a minimal one;
The #Bucs are giving veteran RB LeSean McCoy the veteran minimum on a 1-year deal, which equals out to just over $1M, I’m told. A low-cost, low-risk option for Tom Brady’s offense.

Not only does McCoy bring a veteran presence and leadership to the Bucs offense but he also has a very successful history as a pass catching back - something Tom Brady utilizes often.
McCoy has 503 career receptions for 3,797 yards and sixteen touchdowns to go a long with his 11,071 yards and 73 touchdowns rushing.
For Kansas City last season, McCoy was utilized sparingly in an offense with a lot of weapons, getting 101 carries for 465 yards and four touchdowns as well as 28 receptions for 181 yards and one touchdown.
McCoy is coming off back-to-back seasons under 1,000 yards for the first time in his career so it will be interesting to see how much he has left in the tank - or if he gets a rebirth in Tampa after seeing a big drop in usage the last two seasons.
