As league owners meet Friday to discuss the start of training camps around the league as well as the regular season, it appears that team general managers are expecting training camps to not begin on time.
This according to a report from Jason LaCanfora of CBS Sports.

The NFLPA along with the NFL have both raised concerns about surging coronavirus cases around the country and have engaged medical experts for recommendations on how to move forward with teams in COVID-19 hotspots. You can expect those recommendations will be presented to the owners during Friday’s meeting.
The Buccaneers are scheduled to start camp July 28.
