Tom Brady has been a Tampa Bay Buccaneer for less than a month and he’s already helping out in his new community. On Wednesday morning, Feeding Tampa Bay announced that Brady and his wife, Gisele Bündchen, had donated 750,000 meals to support those in need around the region:
We welcome @TomBrady, @giseleofficial and their family to our community and thank them as they #StandwithFTB by providing 750,000 meals to support our children, families and seniors throughout the 10 - county region that we serve.— Feeding Tampa Bay (@FeedingTampaBay) April 8, 2020

Isn’t that great? In a time like this, there are many people in need. And if there’s anything good that has come out of what has been a trying couple of months for the world, it’s been the ability for people to support one another through some dark times. There are athletes all over the country and world that are donating money, food, supplies and anything they can to help out, and it’s been wonderful to see.
For Brady and Bündchen to make such a donation to Feeding Tampa Bay, it simply shows the kind of people they are and the effort they want to make to impact their new city. For 20 years, Brady has been great both on and off the field for New England. And now, we’re already seeing him do something great as he starts his new journey as a Buccaneer.
Cheers, Tom and Gisele. Thanks for already making a difference in Tampa Bay.
