Well, that was fast.
Rob Gronkowski has been traded to the Buccaneers. The Bucs will send New England a fourth round pick in this weekend’s draft in exchange for Gronk and a seventh round pick.
Per Ian Rapoport, Gronk has already taken his physical and the deal is officially done.
#Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski has taken his physical already, sources say. So the trade should happen: Gronk and a 7th for a 4th rounder.

Gronkowski had one year and $10 million dollars left on his deal with New England, so it’ll be interesting to see if it remains that way or if Gronk will restructure the deal and make it two years, matching Brady’s.
All eyes now turn to O.J. Howard and what the Buccaneers will do with him as many now expect him to be dealt elsewhere for a pick in this weekend’s draft.
