Well, it’s obviously a Jameis Winston-filled Tuesday.
After Bruce Arians downplayed questions about his quarterback here and here, another report paints a slightly different picture.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Tampa Bay will be meeting with Winston and his agent on Wednesday to try and work something out.

The interesting thing here about Rapoport’s video report above is that he reiterates that the notion has always been that Winston is returning. That is a positive step if you want to keep some continuity going.
This meeting could also be to say that they are looking to tag him. However, with uncertainty surrounding the tag situation and how it can be applied due to current CBA negotiations.
Regardless, if it is a tag or not, stars are looking to align for a potential return of Jameis Winston — at least for 2020.
