Highlights from the Bucs’ Week 11 loss to the Rams

Tampa Bay falls to 7-4 after a hard-fought loss.

The Bucs played tough, but ultimately found a way to lose to the Rams on Monday Night Football.

Let’s check out the highlights (and lowlights) from the Week 11 matchup.

Jared Goff finds Robert Woods to start the scoring

The Rams drew blood first as Goff finds Woods in the back of the end zone for the game’s first score.

But Mike Evans has an answer

Tampa Bay’s franchise-leading receiver basically scores this touchdown on one leg to tie the game up at seven. Talk about effort.

Leonard Fournette breaks the tie

A defensive pass interference call on Jalen Ramsey helped set this up. Fournette pounds it in from two yards out to give the Bucs their first touchdown of the game.

Van Jefferson grabs his first career touchdown

The rookie receiver beats Jamel Dean on the slant and the Rams tie the game back up, 14-14.

Woods sets the Rams up for a field goal before the half

I still don’t know how the Rams were able to find a way to score points on this drive. LA drove 61 yards in eight plays in a minute with limited timeouts. Matt Gay would go on to make the 38-yard field goal and gave the Rams a 17-14 lead entering halftime.

Jason Pierre-Paul gets another interception

This came on the Rams’ first drive out of halftime and the Bucs would get a field goal out of the deal to tie the game at 17. JPP led the team with two interceptions through the last three weeks after this play.

Jordan Fuller picks off Brady

It looked like the Bucs had a small amount of momentum after a missed Matt Gay field goal, but Fuller intercepts Brady a few plays later to give the Rams a chance at taking back the lead.

Cam Akers gives the Rams the lead with his first career touchdown

This one hurts just because Akers is a former Seminole. Regardless, the Rams went back up, 24-17, after this play.

Chris Godwin makes an unbelievable play to tie the game up again

This was just an incredible effort by Godwin.

And Matt Gay makes the game-winning kick

Gross. The Bucs would go on to lose, 27-24, after this kick.
