The Buccaneers released their initial injury report for the Week 11 matchup against the Rams and everything was rather normal outside of a practice-free day for tight end Tanner Hudson.

The third-year tight end’s absence was not injury related. Per Greg Auman of The Athletic, Hudson missed Thursday’s session because of a death in the family.

Of course, everyone wants to know how left guard Ali Marpet is doing. He was able to practice last week, but it wasn’t enough to pass the NFL’s concussion protocol. As of now, it’s still wait-and-see in terms of his availability for Week 11.

“He was a full participant in practice but he still is in the protocol,” Bruce Arians said after Thursday’s practice. “We’re going to have to wait until tomorrow to see if anything affects him after the practice.’’

The good news is that Marpet practiced in full after as opposed to limited practices all week last week. But no one will have an official update until tomorrow.

Safety Mike Edwards and Jason Pierre-Paul were held to a limited capacity on Thursday, so that will also be something worth monitoring as the week progresses.

The Rams won’t have their report out until later, so be sure to check back in for updates.
