Ali Marpet has still not cleared concussion protocol, therefore he will miss his second straight divisional game for the Buccaneers. Tom Brady faced a lot of pressure up the middle last week against the Saints where Joe Haeg struggled against the defensive onslaught from New Orleans. This week will be a little different as Ryan Jensen will be moved to guard in place of Marpet and A.Q. Shipley will get the start at center.
For the Panthers, they had Christian McCaffrey return from injury last week just to suffer yet another injury causing him to miss this week’s game. He should return to action in week eleven, but he will not be available to help in the Panthers in their quest to hand Tampa Bay their second straight loss while also staying alive in the wild card race.

Buccaneers’ wide receiver Jaydon Mickens was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and will not be with the team. Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times tweeted out a quote from Mickens who is very apparently upset about not being able to join his teammates;
#GoBucs WR Jaydon Mickens is on the reserve/COVID-19 list but sounds like a guy who is negative. “I ain't hurt. Ain't nothing wrong with me. If you don't understand why I ain't playing, just go look it up. It's some bullshit. But look, we're about to go ahead and win this game."
