A Buccaneers' equipment staff member tested positive and has been sent home, per source. It is not expected to pose an issue for Monday Night's game vs. the Giants, who are dealing with their own COVID-19 issues.— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) October 29, 2020
Fortunately, Greg Auman of The Athletic is also reporting that it doesn’t appear to impact the team’s operations. But as we’ve seen around the league so far, due diligence will take place as they’ll measure the true scope of impact.
We’ll be sure to update this story if there are any further developments.
