The 1-1 Buccaneers make their return to Raymond James Stadium Sunday afternoon, hosting the 0-2 New York Giants.
Tampa Bay is coming off of a 20-14 road win over Carolina in Week 2, while New York is fresh off of a 28-14 home loss to Buffalo. The Bucs are looking to win back-to-back games for the first time since Weeks 12 and 13 of last season.
The Giants lead the all-time series 15-7 and won the most recent matchup between the two — a 38-35 final at MetLife Stadium in Week 11 of the 2018 season. These two teams last met in Tampa two seasons ago, with the Bucs winning 25-23.
Coming into Sunday, Tampa Bay is more banged-up than it was before last week’s game. In addition to the continued absence of their backup quarterback, the Bucs will be without two of their top three draft picks and a fourth-year linebacker. With the injuries, Tampa Bay has rookie wide receiver Scotty Miller active for the first time this season.
New York comes in healthier, having just one player ruled out due to injury.
Here are the inactive players for today’s game:
