And so football is here...

I know. It’s only preseason. But football is football, man (Jon Guden’s voice).

The Buccaneers finally get to strap on their helmets and shoulder pads and hit others with a different jersey other than their own. On Friday night, the Bucs are in Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers for Week 1 of the preseason.

There are several players that didn’t make the trip, like linebacker Lavonte David and defensive tackle Vita Vea. Both have some sort of injury, although we do not know the extent of Vea’s as of Friday morning.

This game is the opportunity that rookies and bubble players have been waiting for. They now have the chance on really start impressing head coach Bruce Arians and his staff on making the final regular season roster.
