Many have been wondering what’s been going on with veteran linebacker Lavonte David and his absence from training camp recently. On Monday, Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians updated us on his status, via 95.3 WDAE’s Len Martez.

It’s good to hear that David’s meniscus tear was nothing serious.
The team will reportedly hold him out of their first preseason game this coming Friday in Pittsburgh. It wouldn’t come as a surprise if they decide to hold him out longer than that.
