Safety Justin Evans no longer on PUP list

Team also signed quarterback Vincent Testaverde.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today the team has signed quarterbackVincent Testaverde. In addition, safety Justin Evans has passed his physical and was removed from the Physically Unable to Perform list.

Testaverde (6-1, 211) spent time with the Buccaneers during rookie mini camp and training camp in the 2019 offseason. The Odessa, Florida native started eight games in his lone season at Albany in 2018, throwing for 1,714 yards and 11 touchdowns.

The team also announced that outside linebacker Kahzin Daniels has been waived (injured). Tampa Bay’s roster stands at 90.
