Welcome To Glovegate

The Bucs are right in the middle of the latest NFL conspiracy.

NFL: Super Bowl LIII-New England Patriots vs Los Angeles Rams Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

First, we had secret film sessions of pointless practices.

Then, we had players takin’ out their opponents’ knees for money (ok, that one was serious).

Then, it was a reduced amount of compressed air inside of a shaped instrument that looks like Hey Arnold!’s head.

Now, it’s the wrong gloves on the wrong hands at the wrong time.

Welcome to Glovegate.

Ndamukong Suh, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ newest addition, had a photo opp and released his glamour shot to the world on Monday, but little did he know - outside of the initial problems with the Bucs uniforms to begin with - there was a slight problem.

Can ya see it? Look closely. You’re almost there.

The slanderous yet subtle sleuths of Twitter eventually figured it out - Suh is a double agent undercover for the Los Angeles Rams.

I mean, just look at the photo. The proof is there.

Oh, but Tom, Suh doesn’t have just one job. He has two.

I don’t know what Wade Philips is cookin’ these days, probably moonshine, but he can’t fool us. I mean, it’s pretty clear the Rams deem the Bucs a threat, which now makes me wonder how much the hiring of Bruce Arians has people crapping their pants around the league.

Suh even still has the picture of him signing his contract with the Rams as his Twitter header.

What kind of sick world are we living in?

This level of nefariousness has me most concerned with the culture of the NFL today. Who are we as simpletons to question the supremacy of the league, but these types of shady shenanigans shall not - and will not - stand.

And if it does stand, there will be serious ramifications.
