Back when Bruce Arians became the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he promised that he would assemble not only an all-star coaching staff, but a large staff that can help players learn in many different ways, especially the younger players.
It seems that Arians has made good on that promise.

Since Arians was hired, the Buccaneers have went on to hire 28 assistant coaches and Peter King, of Sports Illustrated, believes that it is the largest staff ever put together.
Among the staff are 11 minority coaches, who hold the four highest ranking assistant positions as well as two female coaches. Arians has always said he likes diversity on his staff and he certainly brought that philosophy to Tampa Bay.
As he mentioned in his introductory press conference, “You can’t find a diamond in the rough if they are standing on the sideline.” The big coaching staff will allow Arians to find as many diamond in the rough prospects as he can.
