According to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, the Buccaneers have reached a one year agreement with running back Peyton Barber;
#Bucs have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with RB Peyton Barber.

The undrafted running back has been the feature guy for the Bucs the last two seasons and ran well when given the opportunity. Unfortunately, Koetter would abandon the run game or sit him for stretches in exchange for Jacquizz Rodgers, limiting his touches.
New head coach Bruce Arians has been extremely vocal in his support of Barber and seemed genuinely excited to work with him. He also believes the staff can get Ronald Jones going, giving the Buccaneers a reliable one-two punch.
ESPN's Jenna Laine first with the contract details;
Source tells me it's a one-year deal for Peyton Barber (not a tender) with a $1 million signing bonus and a $1.125 base salary. ($2.125 million). No incentives but more money than he would have made on the tender ($2.02 million).
