The initial injury report is out for the Buccaneers and Cardinals was released and it looks as though a familiar face may be on the way back for the Bucs.
Tight end O.J. Howard was a full participant on Wednesday - even though it was just a walk through - after having missed the last two weeks with a hamstring injury. This comes at a time when the Bucs will be facing the NFL’s worst defense against the tight end position.
The Bucs were without outside linebackers Carl Nassib and Anthony Nelson, but they’ve recently signed outside linebacker Sam Acho and promoted outside linebacker Kahzin Daniels from the practice squad as they expect to be without Nassib and Nelson this week.
The Buccaneers filed their injury report as if they had done a regular practice rather than just a walk through, so some statuses may not be totally accurate.
On the Cardinals’ side, they were without cornerback Tramaine Brock, linebacker Terrell Suggs, and running back Chase Edmunds who are fighting hamstring injuries.
Wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald did not participate but it was not injry related as he expected to play with no issue on Sunday.
Here is the full injury report for each team;
