Buccaneers employ interesting tactic during interview with Bruce Arians

Props to Tampa Bay for being as thorough as possible with this search and it seems like every national media member, including Jay glazer expects this deal to get done within the next 24-48 hours.

Glazer also mentioned that if any coach can turn around Jameis Winston, it’s Arians. While I don’t believe Winston needs a full turnaround, I do think the right coach will be able to take his game to the next level.
