Bucs place Chris Conte on Injured/Reserve

The team also made a practice squad move.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today the team has placed safety Chris Conte on Injured Reserve.

Conte started all three games for Tampa Bay this season, totaling 14 tackles. He was badly stiff-armed on Monday night in the team’s loss to the Steelers, and got injured on the play.

The team also announced that cornerback Jeff Richards has been released from the team’s practice squad.

Corresponding roster moves have not yet been announced.
