GMC posts video of his workout

Buccaneers veteran defensive tackle Gerald McCoy rarely posts videos of his workouts on social media. But he did so on Thursday.

Via his Instagram account, McCoy posted the below video teach us all a “history lesson” on a defensive lineman move. The video is slowed down to show the move and how it works.

It’s pretty cool that he shared that. Those that often doubt his offseason work, he proves here that he is constantly trying to get better despite naysayers.
