The Buccaneers made a huge splash last season when they signed veteran wide receiver DeSean Jackson in free agency. One year later, there are some that think general manager Jason Licht should ship the veteran receiver out of Tampa Bay.
Jackson finished his 2017 Bucs season with 50 catches for 668 yards and three touchdowns — his lowest since 2012 (2). Factor in his $11-million salary and his production does not match the money he is owed. At least, that’s the belief.
In the video below, the CBS Sports QB panel discussed players that should be traded. Among them was Bucs’ wide receiver DeSean Jackson. Former NFLer Bryant McFadden says that the Bucs should trade him because of his salary (as referenced previously) and also because of second-year receiver Chris Godwin.
