The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today their training camp schedule, which includes six practices open to the general public and an additional nine for season pass members, private groups, the military and other select guests. The 15 total viewing opportunities are the most since 2009.
Similar to the past two years, the majority of practices will begin at 8:45 a.m. allowing fans to enjoy cooler temperatures while watching the action. To further enhance the experience, the Buccaneers will move into their new air-conditioned indoor practice facility for the final half of select practices open to the general public.
A free digital ticket – available on the team’s website at www.Buccaneers.com – will be required for entry to all practice sessions.
For the first time, fans will be allowed to roam the perimeter of the practice fields to gain better vantage points and watch all position groups. Visitors are permitted to bring chairs for use during the outside portion of practice. For the safety and comfort of fans, no chairs will be permitted during the indoor viewing.
“We are excited about the unprecedented level of access that our fans will enjoy as they get even closer to the action this year at training camp. The new, air-conditioned indoor practice facility will provide a comfortable viewing experience and create an unmatched atmosphere for those practices open to the general public,” said Buccaneers Chief Operating Officer Brian Ford. “We are always focused on providing memorable experiences for our fans and this year’s training camp offerings will be one of the most entertaining to date.”
