When it was announced that the Buccaneers would be on HBO’s “Hard Knocks” many fans were afraid thinking it would be a distraction. It didn’t turn out to be one, they just weren’t successful on the field.
But not all was lost in 2017. In fact, thanks the Bucs and how their edition of the documentary played out, many folks from everywhere were very receptive to Tampa Bay with each passing episode.
Because of it being a success, HBO and NFL Films were awarded with a Sports Emmy on Wednesday for their documentary following the Bucs throughout training camp. Director Matt Dissinger accepted the award. Check out the video below.
