We’ve seen a consistent placement for the Buccaneers in power rankings somewhere in the 20s. Being ranked this offseason near the bottom, several outlets had the Bucs moving up generously several spots after a successful draft and free agency period.
But Pete Prisco of CBS Sports is a huge fan of what Tampa Bay has done.
In his latest offseason power rankings, he moved the Bucs up 13 spots to 15th after their draft and key acquisitions in March. They had the biggest leap on Prisco’s board.

They added some nice defensive pieces this offseason that will help. It’s time for Jameis Winston to get this team to the playoffs.
Another offseason full of hype. Here’s hoping — especially for Jason Licht and Dirk Koetter’s sake — that the team can make the playoffs.
