As they head into rookie minicamp this weekend, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to terms with four draft picks.
Those four are UNC cornerback M.J. Stewart, Pittsburgh safety Jordan Whitehead, Pennsylvania wide receiver Justin Watson, and Wisconsin linebacker Jake Cichy.
