As we get closer to draft day, the Bucs continue to bring in potential draft picks for visits. The latest to visit is Florida State safety Derwin James.

Tampa Bay had a heavy presence at FSU’s Pro Day to watch James and came away very impressed per multiple reports. With the No. 7 selection, there is a possibility the team drafts him there or moves down a few spots if they feel he will drop to that spot they are trading down to.
Some mock drafts have the Buccaneers selecting James at No. 7. While others have him sliding out of the Top 10. Regardless, James’ talent, ability, and presence in the defensive backfield is enough for any team to select him in the Top 10.
