Video shows Ryan Jensen’s workout routine

Bucs’ new center Ryan Jensen is bad. As in good bad.

The guy has grit and a nasty style on tape and defends his teammates at all costs. He plays until the whistle blows — and at times after it, too.

But that’s what makes Jensen such a great signing. What also makes it a great signing is seeing him workout.

The video below was posted on Twitter by former Broncos lineman Matt McChesney (who is a big fan of Jensen’s nastiness). It shows Jensen working out alongside current Broncos lineman Connor McGovern.

That’s awesome to watch. I wonder if any Twitter thumb thug will ever dare to challenge this man’s play on the field.
