Bucs have certainly made some big moves this offseason which has gotten people talking. And some people believing.
Former head coach and current NFL Network analyst Brian Billick is one who is believing in the team this season. Billick is big on the the acquisitions made by Tampa Bay to improve the roster during free agency. He loves the improvements on defense and of course highlights the trade made for Jason Pierre-Paul.
The interesting thing here is that Billick feels the Bucs just need to strengthen the defensive backfield early in the draft. If they do that, he states they will be contending for the playoffs.
