The initial injury report for the Buccaneers and Saints ahead of their game in week fourteen has been released.
The Bucs were once again without receiver DeSean Jackson as well as cornerback Carlton Davis, safeties Justin Evans and Isaiah Johnson, and defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul. JPP has been known to take these Wednesday practices off without jeopardizing his Sunday status so that is of little concern.
If DJax misses again, look for Chris Godwin to again have an increased role in the offense.
The Bucs also saw cornerback M.J. Stewart return in full capacity, so he may finally make his return to the field this weekend.
The Saints player that jumps out is receiver Michael Thomas who missed due to an ankle issue. That’s definitely something to keep an eye on moving forward.
