Bucs vs Falcons: Week 17 Inactives

Here are the inactive players for the Bucs and Falcons in the final game of the season

NFL: Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Dallas Cowboys Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

Here we go. The final game of a frustrating and disappointing 2018 season. Many believe this will be the last time we see Dirk Koetter roaming the sidelines for the Buccaneers. Some believe it’s the last time we’ll see the likes of Gerald McCoy, DeSean Jackson, Demar Dotson, and more in a Bucs uniform.

All that said, there will be changes ahead for this franchise and all we can do at the moment is speculate.

As for today, there is still one more game to play. The Bucs came into the weekend with DJax and defensive end Carl Nassib being listed as doubtful. Both are officially out for the season finale.

The Falcons listed guard Wes Schweitzer as out with a back injury on Friday’s injury report.

Here are the full inactive lists for each team as their 2018 season comes to a close;

Tampa Bay Buccaneers:

WR - DeSean Jackson

QB - Ryan Fitzpatrick

TE - Tanner Hudson

DE - Carl Nassib

DT - Rakeem Nunez-Roches

CB - David Rivers

S - Josh Shaw

Atlanta Falcons:

G - Wes Schweitzer

K - Giorgio Tavecchio

CB - Blidi Wreh-Wilson

S - Ryan Neal

LB - Bruce Carter

DT - Justin Zimmer

DT - Terrell McClain

For the second straight week, quarterback Ryan Griffin will get the call to back up Jameis Winston. If there was ever a time that Griffin was going to get some regular season snaps, it would be today. Although, one would believe that decision would come from higher up than Koetter deciding it himself.
