Buccaneers quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick found himself setting records through the first three games of this season. Now a piece of FitzMagic has found itself in the Hall of Fame.
Just arrived in Canton: the jersey worn by @Buccaneers QB Ryan Fitzpatrick from Week 3 of this season when he became the 1st QB in @NFL history to throw for 400 YDs in 3 consecutive games. #GoBucs #Fitzmagic pic.twitter.com/HJb31yZEvz— Pro Football Hall of Fame (@ProFootballHOF) October 2, 2018
The veteran threw for 1,200-plus yards from Week 1 through Week 3. But reality set in in Week 4 against a strong Chicago Bears defense where he only played the first half throwing for just 126 yards.
He was ultimately replaced by franchise quarterback Jameis Winston, who saw his first action this season after serving a three-game suspension.
