The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Miami Dolphins and Jacksonville Jaguars will wear a helmet decal to show solidarity and support to Florida and its residents affected by hurricane Irma, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

They’re not the first teams to do so: yesterday, the Tennessee Volunteers and Florida Gators wore similar decals. It’s a nice way to show some support, along with the $1 million Red Cross donation by the Glazers, who own the Bucs, and less high-profile efforts by players and others associated with the three Florida teams.
Hurricane Irma forced the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Miami Dolphins to postpone last week’s game to November, making today the first time either team takes the field during this year’s regular season—the Jaguars did play their game against the Houston Texans, in Houston.
The Bucs will play in Tampa today, making this both the season and home opener for them, while the Dolphins are in California to face the Los Angeles Chargers. The Jaguars, meanwhile, play the Tennessee Titans in their home opener after beating the Texans last week.
