Bears vs. Buccaneers final injury report looks very healthy

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will play their first game of the 2017 NFL season almost entirely healthy, unless things drastically change. The only player actually injured is linebacker Devante Bond, who’s been ruled out for the season opener. Bond has yet to play an NFL game and is now in his second season.

Other than Bond, the Bucs listed linebacker Kwon Alexander and offensive lineman Evan Smith as questionable to play with an illness, but given that both were able to practice today (Smith in limited fashion), they should be ready to go on Sunday.

The Chicago Bears are decidedly less healthy, though they haven’t ruled out any players for Sunday’s game. They have, however, listed eight players as questionable, and running back Benny Cunningham as doubtful. Most of those players should be able to play, though their injuries may of course affect them in the actual game.

Still, for completions sake, here’s the list of Bears listed as questionable: cornerback Prince Amukamara, wide receiver Josh Bellamy, safety Deon Bush, linebacker Leonard Floyd, running back Jordan Howard, linebacker Christian Jones, guard Kyle Wheaton, and wide receiver Markus Wheaton.
