The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are on national television tonight. They face the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football, with Jon Gruden in the booth, as rumors continue to swirl that he’s a candidate for the Bucs’ head coaching position.
Dirk Koetter will want to head off those rumors by winning some games. Starting tonight, he has three games left to do so and convince his owners that he’s the right guy to lead the team into the future.
The Falcons, though, are prohibitive favorites today—even though the game is to be played in Tampa. This is a home game in front of a massive national audience, while the Bucs are honoring their Super Bowl-winning head coach, and they’re six-point underdogs. Yikes.
Here’s everyting you need to know to watch the game.
