The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are coming off a close and disappointing loss to the New England Patriots. They desperately need a boost on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals, who themselves have been thoroughly disappointing this season.
Good-ish news for the Bucs on that front: right now Sunday’s game is listed as a pick ‘em on Bookmaker.eu, even though it’s going to be played in Arizona. Of course, the Cardinals just got slaughtered by the Philadelphia Eagles, so the value of this line to the Bucs might not be that high.
If the Bucs lose on Sunday, their season starts to look a little bleak. They’ve had a reasonably easy schedule so far, and coming out of the first five games with a 2-3 record would not be what they need going forward. Given the fact that they’ve yet to play any division games an NFC South win certainly isn’t out of the question, but it would start to get awfully dicy with another loss.
