The post-win locker room speech is always fun, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have taken to posting them on Twitter in recent years. Not after losses, though. Those speeches are slightly less fun.
Today’s iteration was cool. Jameis Winston talked about winning the game for Dirk Koetter, and what the new head coach did for them when he was offensive coordinator, and now. Give it a look!

Now that’s cool.
One cute detail: everyone in the room got a game ball, not just the head coach. Dirk Koetter said the Glazers wanted to get back to giving game balls (apparently they weren’t satisfied with coaches doing it?), so he just decided to give everyone one. Probably not a weekly thing, that.
