The NFL is back! Kind of! The 2016 NFL preseason starts today at 8:00 p.m., as the Indianapolis Colts face the Green Bay Packers in the Hall of Fame Game, traditionally the first preseason game of the year.
It’s not ‘real’ football yet and it will undoubtedly be disappointing, as it is every year, but we’ll have some NFL players running at each other, and that’s a breath of fresh air after half a year of nothing. Later this week, all the other NFL team will join the fun. The day after, we’ll all be complaining about how boring preseason football is and yearning for the real thing.
That won’t be too long, either: just one more month. Until then, though, this is what you’ll have to live with. So enjoy!
