The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have announced their coaching interns for this off-season, which include former NFL players Mike Sims-Walker, Anthony Perkins, Tony Gilbert and Gerald Alexander.
Is written nothing that none of these coaches have a history with the Bucs. Under Lovie Smith, the Bucs made an effort to reach out to and give opportunities to former Tampa Bay players, but it seems Dirk Koetter has other ideas. These are by and large people who have either coached with our played under current Bucs coaches, which is how this usually goes: networks are everything, and the current coaching staff just doesn't have much of a network with former Buccaneers.
