The NFL announced the compensatory picks in the 2016 NFL draft yesterday, so we now have a clear picture of the final draft order and where each pick lands -- at least prior to any more trades.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have seven picks: one in each of the first five rounds, and two in the sixth round. Their sixth-round pick is the result of the Dashon Goldson trade: the Bucs sent Goldson and their seventh-round pick to Washington in exchange for Washington's sixth-round pick.
The Bucs finished with a 6-10 record last year, and the strength of their schedule got them the ninth overall pick. Throughout the rest of the draft, they rotate their position in each round with that of the three other teams who finished with a 6-10 record.
