Jameis Winston had a pretty good rookie year, but he's not sitting on his laurels. He's working out with Michael Jordan's trainer, Tim Grover. He has to: NFL players aren't allowed to work with their coaches outside of the official offseason program.

Looks like he's working on his footwork -- an area both he and Dirk Koetter identified as needing improvement.
