The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are struggling against the New Orleans Saints, with the offense still somewhat limited and the defense collapsing. But sometimes, even struggling teams will make some really nice plays — like this Jameis Winston to Mike Evans touchdown.
ANOTHER ONE!

11 TDs on the season and counting for @MikeEvans13_!#SiegetheDay https://t.co/pWFRCsGz7E
This is the Mike Evans we haven’t seen much in recent weeks, when he’s been kind of marginalized in the Bucs offense. He hasn’t topped 100 yards in almost a month, in large part because defenses appear to be focusing on him a lot more than they were before.
Oh, and the cornerback Winston dominates there? That’s Sterling Moore, who was a starter for the Bucs just last year.
Also key there: Jameis Winston’s poise under pressure. That’s three Saints defensive linemen charging in on Winston, and him holding the ball until the very last second to give Evans a chance — and that sure paid off.
The Bucs are still trying to win this game, and a few more plays like this would certainly help there. They’re down 31-21 in the fourth quarter.
